SC-S33/W4- "Explore and Review"- Hospitals and healthcare centers.

Today I have reviewed the Daganbhuiyan Upazila Health Complex, a government health service institution in Daganbhuiyan Upazila of our Feni district. The main objective of this health center is to ensure medical services at a very affordable cost for the common people of our area. Here, various types of health services are available, including treatment of common diseases, especially outpatient services, testing, provision of medicines and necessary emergency treatment. In particular, I think it plays a role as an important medical center for the local common people.

Our upazila health complex is located in an important place in Daganbhuiyan upazila and for this reason, I think it is relatively easy for people from the surrounding areas to get here. Everyone can reach the health complex using local transport. Also, the entrance to the hospital is fairly easy to identify, especially for the convenience of patients and relatives, the entrance gives more clear directions. Also, I think if there is an information board here, it will be easier for new patients to find the different departments of the hospital.

Also, I think the environment of this hospital is fairly clean as a government health center. And along with that, there is a waiting room and a designated place for the patients to sit. However, I think the seating area could be a little less if the pressure of the patients is high.
There is also a hand washing facility and nice facilities here. To keep the hospital environment more clean and comfortable, I think that in addition to cleanliness, adequate seating facilities and some other facilities for the patients can be added. But I think what is currently there is also quite good.

In addition, in the medical field, the doctors, nurses and other staff here try to cooperate with the patients according to their needs. Also, patients usually get the opportunity to seek advice from doctors here for various types of health services, starting from illnesses. Also, the doctors try to listen to the patients' problems carefully and advise them accordingly and try to explain everything to the patients nicely. I think if these things can be improved, it will be more satisfying for the patients. Also, I think if the facility is available quickly in an emergency, it will be very good for everyone.

Being a government health service institution, I think the opportunity to get treatment here for the common people is relatively more affordable because the treatment here is free, various tests and other procedures are kept within the reach of the common people. Also, there is a very important role for low and middle income people to get treatment here by messaging, but it is less. Comparing the cost with the quality of service, I think it can be a very affordable medical service as a hospital. So I can give it a rating of 4.5 out of five for its entire aspects. Because I found everything to be quite good overall.
