What kind of service zone did you review? Where is it located? Share a brief description of the service zone.

I will post about the pharmacy today. This pharmacy is located in Burir Bazar, Aditmari Police Station, Lalmonirhat District. This pharmacy opens every day at 9 am and closes at 12 pm. It is located in a rural town. The shop was quite large in size. There was less medicine in that Tullam shop. Actually, it was a new shop. And the person who was running the shop. He was young. He gave the shop after completing a new pharmacy course. Now, to go to a pharmacy shop, you have to do a pharmacy course. He might slowly increase the medicine in this shop. The shop is located right in the middle of the market. It is located in a good place from there. If he can expand this shop in the future, he will earn good income.

Medicines are arranged separately

Drops and creams were kept in separate places

What are the facilities like there? For example, customer service, item list, prices etc. (with pictures + videos + descriptions).

The market I went to. The facilities were good there. But it was a rural area. There is no 10% commission on medicines. In our Saidpur city, 10% commission is given on every medicine. There were medicines from different companies. Different companies sell different medicines in different places. The boy who was in the shop. His behavior was very good. In fact, to do business, you have to have good manners. You have to behave well with the customers. Otherwise, the second day the customer will not come to that shop. He behaved friendly with me. This shop had a ceiling fan. And a few lights were installed. The shop had CCTV cameras installed for the good of the shop. Now, theft is being observed everywhere.

The medicine for each disease was kept in a separate place

Discuss in detail the environmental situation of the Emergency Service Zone.

The environmental conditions of pharmacy services in the Aditmari region are mainly dependent on the storage of medicines and waste management. Inadequate air conditioning systems have an adverse impact on the local environment and public health. Since most general pharmacies in Aditmari Upazila do not have air conditioning, the effectiveness of medicines is lost in excessive heat. Most of the time, the use of expired medicines creates health risks in the region. When spoiled and expired medicines are thrown away with general waste, they mix with soil and water and pollute the environment. If the plastic packaging of medicines is thrown outside instead of being thrown in the dustbin, it disrupts the drainage system. This pollutes the environment.

What kind of service did you receive there? Do you think any steps should be taken to improve customer service in this emergency service zone?Share a brief description of your opinion.

I went there for medicine. I bought an Econet Plus cream from that shop. Econet Plus cream is usually used for psoriasis. Pharmacy always plays an important role for a region. We go to the pharmacy for any common disease. We cannot always go to the doctor or hospital, we always go to the pharmacy for primary treatment. The area where I posted about the pharmacy is a rural area, where the facilities are less. In order to sell more medicines in these pharmacies, they can give 10% commission on each medicine. This will create trust in the shop for the customers and they will visit that shop again and again after getting medicines at a low price. This will encourage the shop owner to expand his shop. The more sales a shop has, the more that shop will improve. Besides, good medicines should always be kept in the shops and expired medicines should be removed. Selling expired medicines reduces the trust of the customers in that shop. Therefore, the owners of every pharmacy should think about all aspects. All types of medicines should be kept in the shop so that no patient comes back to that shop. If you work on all these aspects, a pharmacy will grow very quickly.
