Date of Dairy Game: 12th June, 2026

On June 12, the management of the company I work with decided to celebrate Democracy Day with the whole staff by giving us money and food early enough.

I ate bread and fried eggs with 1 glass of tea. This was purchased with my own money, and it is what I felt like eating that I bought and ate. I also drank a glass of water before and after eating. I drank one glass of water as I brushed my teeth and another glass of water after I finished eating the bread, fried egg, and tea.

I like taking light food in the morning, and the bread, egg, and tea that I took were what I wanted during the morning hours. I ate it at my place of work, where I couldn't have the time to rest, but was working during the day.

Health Benefits of Tea and Bread
This food provides quick energy like carbohydrates from bread and sustained hydration from tea. Also, tea contains polyphenols that protect cells and fight inflammation.

In the afternoon hours, I ate okpa oi that I bought from a street stall. I drank two glasses of water while eating the okpa moi-moi. I enjoyed the food as it tastes nice and it is a delicious food that makes someone feel satisfied (bellefull) on time. I rested for 30 minutes in the afternoon during break hour at my place of work, and it was during the break hour that I used to eat the okpa moi-moi.

Health Benefits of Okpa
Okpa is a protein powerhouse that is gotten from plants, and it is highly satiating. Also, it is rich in minerals, filled with iron that boosts blood health, and calcium.

Evening came, I closed from work, which was around 6 pm, and I was given jollof rice with meat. I kept the food and went to my room to bathe first. I ate the jollof rice and meat around 8 pm and drank one glass of water. To feel alright body my body and spirit, I went out of the premises, walked a little bit, and sat down in a quiet place and reflected on myself.

While at the place, I feel comfortable and happier than I was during the morning and afternoon hours. Then I began feeling asleep which I went to my room and fell asleep.

Health Benefits of Jollof Rice
Rice provides sustained energy, which provides complex carbohydrates for long-lasting energy. Also, it supports our immune system as it contains vitamins A, and C from from the onion, tomato, and pepper.

Happy independence and democracy in your country Nigeria ,wish you all love peace and harmony . I can see you have a nutrition day and by giving various food you consumed while celebrating your national Independence Day . I can you ate fried omelet with eggs and fried rice .you didn’t end there but you gave us it nutritional value to the body .I can even your Independence Day you go work . For us here in Cameroon we it’s declared as a public holidays.

My observation is that you followed most of the rules, you mentioned the date of your health diary and markdown well applied by engaging with other participant.

I think it’s always good not only to mentioned the health benefits of food to the human body.But as well talk of the quantity one is expected to consume .Eating foods more than required is not living healthy.
