ACHIEVEMENT NO.2 SECURITY QUESTION MISSING

Assalamualaikum everyone
I’ve completed Achievement 1 and started working on Achievement 2.

I saw the ACHIEVEMENT NO.2 of other steem user's, they post some questions with their related answers and with proper images of Steemit SECURITY DASHBOARD.

Earlier, Achievement 2 had some security-related questions/surveys that we needed to post about. But now those questions/options are not showing up for me.

Is anyone else facing the same issue? Or have the admin team removed those questions?

Please guide me if anyone knows about this. Thanks 🙏
