The Diary Game [01/08/2026]: A productive Day that Ended up with an unexpected disappointment

Greetings everyone and steemit family , I believe you all are doing great today. I still remain that your favorite Baby girl @classicprincess. I'm here to share how my day goes. Today been Saturday,I woke up with a whole lot of thoughts. I was like should I work from home today. Because while coming back home yesterday,I returned with some customers wigs so as to work on them at home

But waking up today was tiring. I managed to do some of the house chores, I cleaned my restroom Wash the plates I used over the night, Clean and swept my house. After that I decided to work on some of the hairs I brought home before taking it to the store. As you all know today is Saturday and some of my customers must come to collect their hairs for functions and so on. After that i took my bath and headed to the store, though I came late today but I achieved a whole lot at home before coming.

Not too long that I arrived some of my customers started coming. Some came to treat their natural hair while some came to collect the artificial hairs that I worked and styled for them.

So as I was treating one of my customer's natural hair,a neighbor came in,not my direct neighbor at the shop but she stays at the back of our own plaza. As she came ,she said that I should lend her my hand dryer to use and work for just some minutes before returning it back. So I gave it to her,and told her to return it as soon as possible,that she can see I'm treating a customer's hair and after that,I'll use the hand dryer to dry her hair after I might have washed it. Her response was very positive and promising that she will return it in few minutes without wasting anytime. So she left with it. After treating and washing my customers hairs,i applied the necessary hair essentials and steemed it for sometime and within those waiting time,I was expecting my neighbor to return my hand dryer. After everything and I was very ready to use it,I didn't see her, neither did she return it. I just have to call her on phone to return it that I'm ready to make use of it.

Guess what? She shouted in a surprised way. Like..as if she forgot And told me that she has closed from her shop,that she's on her way home. I was speechless , like I was surprised. Because when she came to collect it She knows that what I'm working on that moment requires that hand dryer,and that was the reason why she promised to return it in few minutes time. Then why did she have to act this way. As for me,two things is involved Either she forgot it in her shop or she wants to go home with it and use it to work this weekend. At this point what will you do if you found yourself in this situation?
