The Diary Game: Making The Best Of A Rainy Sunday Before Tragedy Struck(14-06-2026)

Happy Sunday great people, I am @emarchy and here's the few things I did today. The rain did a big thing today by obstructing me from going to church, it rained throughout the morning and I couldn't carry my children to church in such weather, if it were just me, I would've managed but children's health is not something to joke with. I made breakfast and ate, got back on bed and slept as I couldn't do anything while it was still raining.

Hunger struck in the afternoon and by this time, the rain had stopped so I got out of bed to fix lunch. I had rice and vegetable sauce at home but I personally wanted to eat swallow so I went to the kitchen and brought out the cassava I had soaked for some days now and grinded it manually before turning a little portion of it for use.

My fufu was formed in some minutes and I warmed the soup I had and dished for myself. My kids woke up and I had to serve them lunch too but they didn't want to join me in eating fufu and soup, they preferred rice so I dished rice for them. I received the most shocking and depresding news after eating, my sin called and informed me that the man he went to the hospital to look after is dead.

The blood in my veins dried up on hearing the news and all I could think of was how the son would receive the news. I called him to check on him but he wasn't picking up and I knew he might be griefing at the moment so I didn't call again. I was lost in thoughts of how the young boy will cope with his life and his little sister. Well, I got busy with other activities like doing my children's assignment and serving dinner before I began to write my post.

BEST REGARDS, @emarchy.
