Steemit challenge -Season33 Week#5 From My Kitchen To Your Plate Comfort Food For Sick Days(Gandam ka special Daliya)a ))
Greetings to Everyone
Aslam-u-alikom everyone.I am @fatima9.Welcome to another episode of SLS#3 week#5 challenge.
If you suddenly feel unwell during the changing weather, what should you do to prepare something that can be cooked quickly and in a short time and will give you strength as well as health?
Well, there are many dishes that can be cooked quickly in a short time, but I have always loved wheat porridge. It gives me instant energy and is quickly digested.

Visiting the sick is an obligation upon us. Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) used to sweep the house of the sick. Once, when a person asked him, he said, "Visit the sick, even if he is a Jew."Therefore, when we take care of a sick person or make something for them for their good health, we are doing a good deed.I have chosen wheat porridge to participate in today's challenge.
Process step by step
Wheat grains = one cup
Milk= 500mg
Butter = four tablespoon
The porridge bought from the market has a lot of husk, so I took a cup of wheat grains and soaked it for three to four hours. In the meantime, I completed the rest of my household chores. Then I added a cup of water to it and ground it in a mixer.

First, fry the porridge in four tablespoons of butter, then add four glasses of water and half a kilo of milk and cook it well on high flame for 30 to 40 minutes

I always eat two types of porridge, salty and sweet, and today I made sweet first.

I had divided the porridge into two parts, one of which I made sweet and the other I added salt, pepper, onion, a green pepper, tomato, a pinch of black pepper, a pinch of turmeric powder, roasted it lightly and then added the remaining porridge to it and cooked it well.

Final Presentation
My wheat porriage is ready.

Food+Stories
I remember well that my grandmother used to fry wheat grains in ghee and make porridge by grinding them into a paste using a pestle and mortar, but today the mixer has made everything easier.
Why did you make this recipe?
I have always liked wheat porridge because I like its taste very much. Whenever I am sick, I feel happy that I don't eat anything else but wheat porridge. It is easily digested and it is cooked in a short time. We do the rest of our work after we have some energy in our body.
This is my today's blog meet again in another challenge.I invite my most favorites friends @jyoti-thelight @roohiasif99 and @tammanna.
