The Dairy Game: [29/04/2026] A Day In The Life Of A Lazy Seamstress: Wait For The Final Dress

Hello guys, how was today and hope it was great? Thanks for joining me again. Today's session will be short and an interesting one. I had a restful night, all thanks to the cold weather, it got me to the extent I felt like not doing anything today. I felt like staying in bed all day, I was feeling extremely lazy, i won't even lie. I fought with myself in my thought so hard, if I should stay back at home today or not but I was like hey girl, once you get up from the bed that laziness would disappear. After all the back and forth, I stood up, did my morning routine, got dressed and head out for shop.

My shop was really dirty because of the work I did yesterday and I wasn't able to clean up because I closed late yesterday. So, here I am trying to pack the dirt into my waste nlyon and arranged everywhere.

This is my best friend in my shop vicinity, he comes to my shop when he is around. He has a boutique shop adjacent mine. Obviously he is far older than I am, but it's funny how well we get along, we tell ourselves stuff, give eachother advice when needed infact we give eachother money. There was a time he bought me perfume, I remember I told him once that I love his smell and he bought it for me as a gift. He is generous a man. We were gisting about the bad economy and bad light, as at the time we were gisting, till we closed for the day no light.

Then I picked up the dress I was making yesterday. I continued to tack the design on the dress while I was still gisting with my friend, today would have been very boring if he didn't come to his shop.

Today is snack day and I had my favourite snacks with me already. As I was eating this I was still working on the dress, because I want to finish tacking the design to the dress today even if I can't finish the dress as a whole because of light.

Voila! The final look of the dress, not 100% but 95% because I need light to do the final touch which needs light. Beautiful right? Then came closing hour, packed up and locked up. Got home also, no light. Then I had my night shower and wore a comfy dress, its beans I had for dinner. When I finished, I washed my plate and went to the balcony for fresh air. After 30 minutes, I stood up and came inside my room, surfing the internet. When I was done surfing the internet, I continued watching the ongoing korean series called "The Scarecrow" I was watching on my phone before. Thanks for taking out time and having me.
