The Diary Game: My Market Day Chronicles(27:04:2026)

It's another market day pookies and today, I didn't go with mom. I went alone to buy things for breakfast and when I returned home, I prepared the meal and served. My mom had already left for her business so I dished her portion and took it to her workplace. After giving my mom, a lunch pack, I returned home to read. I only have one day left to my exams and I still have about five pages of my textbook that has been untouched. I bought popcorn while returning home so I could keep my mouth busy with it while reading.

I was only able to cover two chapters which had about forty pages put together before sleep caught up with me. I slept and woke up in the mid afternoon and sat outside by the balcony to loosen the braids I had on. I've carried the braids for a month now and it's only safe, I loose and wash my natural hair so it won't cut nor smell because of how much I've sweat. My neighbor assisted me in loosing the hair especially the part that was sewed. When I finished, I went to the salon and washed my hair, I took this selfie as I got home. I actually forgot to snap while at the salon.

I wasn't doing anything when I got back home from the salon and I wasn't in any mood to read any longer so I decided to see a movie to calm my brain, it's been a lot of reading lately and I can't wait to get done with this exams so I can rest. I couldn't concentrate on the movie either so I went outside and sat by the balcony, my neighbor came and asked for help with our gas cylinder as she was out of gas. I didn't want to give her at first so she won't finish ours too, I politely asked what she wants to prepare with it and she explained though I didn't understand any of her explanation.

I followed her to her kitchen to see what she was trying to explain to me and when I saw it, I asked if she wanted to drink it or something and she said yes. Ah, I was shocked, another question followed immediately "Sorry, us this concoction or remedy?" She laughed and said I'll find out after I've drank a portion she'd give to me. I told her not to worry that I don't take such things. I handed the gas to her and went back to the balcony to sit. In the evening, dinner was served and I ate before taking my bath and coming here to share my diary. Thanks Pookies, byyyyeeee.
