| Ingredients |
| Ingredients | Amount |
| Boneless chicken | 2 cup |
| Dal | 1cup |
| Ginger paste | 1 tbs |
| Garlic paste | 1 tbs |
| Red chili powder | 1 tbs |
| Turmeric powder | 1/2 tbs |
| Cumin powder | 1tbs |
| Coriander powder | 1tbs |
| Onion beresta | 1 cup |
| Salt | as taste |
| Oil | as needed |
Let's make
Step- 1
First, I put the soaked lentils in a pan and add the chicken, ginger garlic paste, and garam masala.
Step- 2
Now I will take the chick and shake off the excess water with a strainer. When the water drips from the strainer, I will take the chick into a bowl.
Step- 3
Remove the chicken and dal from the stove. Now, discard the garam masalas and let the mixture cool for a while. Once the mixture cools down,I will add onion fried. Then I put the chicken and dal in a blender jar and blend well.
Step- 4

After blending the chicken and lentils well, I will add the egg. Now mix it well. Take a little of the mixture and knead it well with my hands and give it the shape of a kebab.
Step- 5
Now I will heat the oil in the stove. When the oil is hot, I will put the kebabs in it one by one. Then I will fry them until golden brown. My kebabs are ready to serve..
The Story Behind It.
The recipe I have chosen for the contest is Chicken Kebab. This recipe is a very favorite dish of mine and my children. I make this recipe especially for my children. These kebabs can be served immediately if they are ready. My mother's small fish chutney or desi chicken broth are especially noteworthy. I try to follow these two recipes from my mother's hand. Although the recipes are not the same as my mother's hand, I always try to follow my mother's tips and tricks while making these two recipes.
3. Honor Traditional Recipe
When it comes to family recipes, I would definitely give priority to sweet dishes. Because everyone in my family loves to eat sweet food. I didn't get to see my grandfather alive, so I couldn't learn anything from my grandmother in that way. However, I learned a special recipe from my mother. It is made by boiling ripe pumpkin, draining some water, adding sugar syrup and various dry fruits. It is usually made towards the end of the sweet pumpkin season. My mother also loves to eat this recipe. All of us brothers and sisters love to eat this recipe. Another recipe I will talk about is beef. My mother cooks the meat and then gives it a panchforan at the end. Which brings a different smell to the meat. This recipe is usually made after Eid al-Adha.
