Assalamu Alaikum. how are you all. I hope everyone is safe by the grace of God. I am also fine Alhamdulillah.I am participating SLS33-From My kitchen To Your Plate Week#1 One-Pot Wonder[Potato chop Dish] Thank you @suboohi for this challenge.

1-Prepare recipe.

Ingredients

Ingredients	Amount
Boiled Potato	1/2 kg
Boiled Egg	2pc
Onion	1 pc
Ginger paste	1 tbs
Garlic paste	1 tsp
Garam masala	1tsp
Coriander leaves	1 tbs
Bread crumbs	1 cup
Green chili	3 pc
Salt	as teste
Oil	as needed

Let's make

Step- 1

First, I'll mash the potatoes and then cut the eggs into four pieces.

Now I will put a pan on the stove and heat mustard oil in it. When the oil is hot, I will add ginger garlic paste to it. I will lightly fry the ginger garlic paste with salt and garam masala.

When all the spices are fried, I will add chopped green chilies and chopped coriander leaves and mix them well. Finally, I will add mashed potatoes and mix them well and remove from the stove.

Now I'll grease my hands with a little oil, take a little of the potato mixture, add an egg inside, and shape it into a chop shape.

Now I will dip the chops in the egg batter and roll them in the biscuit base. In this way, I will make all the potato chops.

Now I will heat some oil in the oven and fry the chops until lightly browned. Then I will place them on a tissue paper to drain the extra oil. My delicious potato chops are ready to serve.

Favorite Street Food ?

Every item of street food is very delicious to eat. But if I talk about my favorite, then I will definitely take the name of Phuchka first. Phuchka is a food that is a favorite street food for people of all ages, young and old. A kind of sweet and sour chutney is served with Phuchka, which enhances the taste of Phuchka. The crunchy top of Phuchka and the juiciness of the potato filling inside, along with the sweet and sour chutney, is a different food feeling. In my student life, I still remember the taste of Phuchka from my uncle's shop near the college with my friends.

3. Show Convenience

Street food is not a good option for us, but sometimes there are some benefits. Street food is a food that you can easily buy and the price is relatively low. The taste of the food is also very delicious. However, considering health, you must refrain from eating this food regularly. Sometimes, eating as a hobby is different. Because it is a bit difficult to maintain the hygiene of this street food. If it is maintained in some shops, most of the shops do not care about their cleanliness.
