The Diary Game: Returning Home From Work, Taking Care Of My Nephew And Opening The Things My Mom WayBilled For Us (23/06/2026)

Hi everyone, welcome to another diary session with yours truly @ruthyvelly. In today's diary session, I will be sharing with you how I took care of my nephew after work.

I started my day with my usual morning devotion because my sister was on morning duty, she woke up very early and prepared breakfast before taking my nephew to daycare and leaving to work.

I did my morning chores, prepared for work, and left. While I was at work, my in-law called me to help him pick up my nephew from his sister's shop because he had already brought him back from the daycare due to where he was going. And this made me leave early from work immediately we closed, unlike other days I would wait for some of colleagues for us to go together.

When i got to my in-law's sister's shop, she was trying to make him sleep so that she could sew clothes. So I took him from her and collected our house key from her shop because she was holding it. I started by boiling hot water for bathing him, after it had boiled, I mixed the water and took it to the bathroom, then I did his food and fed him. The feeding alone took a lot of time because I played with him, petted him, and did many things in order for him to finish the food. After the food, I allowed him to rest so that th food could digest before bathing him.

After I was done with him, i warmed all the food we had while backing him for him to sleep. Meanwhile, my mom waybilled some things to us from the village the previous day, though the waybill got to us very late the previous night, so we couldn't opened it. So when I opened the sack my mom put the things inside, I noticed that my sister had already taken out some things from it, so i brought out the remaining and put them where they are supposed to be. When i was done, I noticed that the baby I was backing had already dozed off, I quietly laid him on the bed. After some time, my in-law came back, so i went to room.
