The Diary Game: Working On A Democray Day, Assisting In Cooking And Resting (12/06/2026)

Hi everyone, welcome to another diary session with yours truly @ruthyvelly. In today's diary session, I will sharing with you how my day went.

On a normal, we were not supposed to go to work today, due to independence day holiday that we were supposed to observe. But due to some reasons best known to our management, they instructed us to be at work, only that we would close early.

On my way to work, the road was so dry, that it was only few buses that were on the road that morning. Even at the estate where our company is located, was also dry that it was hard to see people outside.

There wasn't much work we did because it was only few clients we attended to, which made my colleagues and I to indulge in series of arguments and story telling. Our fellow worker did some chin chin and brought it for us to patronize her, which we did and it tasted so nice.

On my way home, i got some noodles because I skipped breakfast before leaving for work due to the food my sister made was my worst food which always purges and disturbs me. When I got home, i entered kitchen immediately, hurriedly prepared the noodles and ate because I was very famished and exhausted due to hunger.

After some time, my sister went to market to get somethings for soup, while I took care of my nephew. My nephew was having cough and carttarh, so i petted him to sleep before my sister came back from the market.

I helped her in chopping and cutting the Okro and vegetable she got from the market, while she prepared the soup. After few minutes, food was ready and we ate. I went out and strolled around a little before resting at home.
