Famous Pakistani recipe -Shami-kabab(Beef patties)

Assalam o alikum welcome to my food recipe blog I am from Pakistan and passionate about share my country,s tradition and culture with all of you guys on Steemit by my food recipe blog I always picked easy and quick recipe that love to eat all ages .... Specially for kids .After Eid ul azha alot of beef stored in freezers so I decide to get advantage to share beef patties recipe that popular in Pakistan commonly Shami kabab so guys with out ado let's move on the recipe of the day...

| 1 kg beef piece boneless |
| 1/2 kg chickpea pules |
| 1 tbs Red crushed chillies |
| Salt per taste |
| 2 tbs turmarric powder |
| 1 tbs haram masala |
| 1 egg |
making
Washed the beef pieces from water and strained now add beef pieces in pan add ginger garlic paste in it.
Add chickpea pules in it it must be soaked for two hours.
Cooked all ingredients well then add powder spices in it.

Add enough water in mixture to tender the beef well for that covered it for 45 minutes on medium flame.
When mixture done set a side let it cool.The next step were grinding it by the help of grinding machine.
After grinding we got smooth mixture now making patties one by one from all beef mixture.
- Now the last step were firing the beef patties for that took a frying pan poured cooking oil in it add one by one beef patties on it .Gives colour on both sides fried till golden brown colour then strained out and put on trey.
