SC-S31-W4 // Bread Making// " Stuffed Bread".
Greetings to everyone!!!
Welcome to 4th week of Steemit Challenge Season 31. In this course we will explore the different bread recipes every week, their ingredients, their cooking techniques, and a Bread making recipe that is the most popular.
Introduction
Making bread is a very old and special food that is simple and easy to make. It requires a few ingredients and a little care. Breads are of many kinds and all over the world people make and enjoy them. Loaf, naan, roti, tortilla, sour dough etc.
If you're just starting to learn to make a bread or you are a pro in it, making bread is therapeutic for all.
In this course I'll teach you the basics of bread making, you Will understand the recipe and can make it at your own home easily. I know you will be able to make bread at the end of this course.
In this season we'll explore different cooking techniques to make different delicious bread.
Stuffed Bread
Stuffed bread is my comfort food. It says a lot without saying anything all. It looks simple on the outside. Its just made of flour, water and yeast. When you tear it open it's, like a whole different story. Stuffed bread is really something.
Every culture has its own version. In Pakistan we call it keema naan or aloo wala paratha. Italians have calzone, Turk made paide, Arabs bake fatayer etc
What makes stuffed bread special is the surprise. The crust promises one thing — warm, soft, maybe a little crispy. The filling delivers another — spicy, cheesy, savory, or sweet. That first bite where the steam escapes and the filling shows itself? That’s the silence breaking. You don’t need words. The flavor speaks.
Chicken Stuffed Bread
For this contest I'm going to share this yummy and simple Chicken Staffed Bread
Ingredients:

| Red chilli powder | 1tbsp |
| Black pepper | 1/2tsp |
| Ginger garlic paste | 1tbsp |
| Salt | as per taste |
| Turmeric powder | 1/2tsp |
| Yougart | 1/2 cup |
For Bread:

| All purpose flour | 437g/ 3 1/2cup |
| Yeast | 10g |
| Warm milk | /warm water1cup |
| Salt | 1tsp |
| Sugar | 1tbsp |
| Oil | 1/4cup |
| Egg | 1 |

- Marinate the chicken with all ingredients , spices, yougart for 1 hour .

- Add marinated chicken in a pan ,pour 2tbsp of oil in it and cook it for 7-8 min by covering the lid of pan. Meanwhile chicken get tender, now cook it until it gets dry. Take out cooked chicken in a bowl add some ketchup and mixed it by fork nicely and shredded chicken by folk. Now filling is ready.

For Bread Making :
- Add sugar, yeast and warm milk in a pan . Mix all ingredients well and cover it with a lid and leave it for 10 min to activate yeast

- Add egg ,oil ,flour and salt then kneed it well to mixed all ingredients nicely . Proper kneading is very important for making soft and perfect bread. Now cover the dough with cling sheet and rest the dough for 2-3hours or until it doubles.

- After kneading take out dough to counter and stretch it by hands , roll it and stretch it again. This step is very important to make perfect dough.

- when dough becomes double knead it to remove air from it and put dust some flour on counter and stretch it again.

- Mean while prepare baking try by oiling and dusting flour on base of the try.

- Now cut dough in small portion and make balls of equal sizes and stuffed chicken filling in it in a way that you like. I'm sharing here 3 different ways.

- Now rest these stuffed bread for 20 min by covering cloth. Then brush beaten egg and sprinkle seasum seed and black seeds on bread and bake these stuff dough in preheated oven for 15-20 min at 180°C.

- Delicious stuff breads is ready to serve.
