Newcomers Curators Team Application For August "Team the Inspire"

Dear Steemit Team,

We sincerely thank you for giving us the golden opportunity to apply as community curators. We are applying for the August month curation program, as we have formed a separate team dedicated to supporting newcomers.Our team is working hard to ensure that they can complete their tasks smoothly on this platform.

The primary focus of this team is to support and help new users joining the platform to grow. Presenting concise and simple explanations on how to solve any problems they may have and how they can move forward and build their position on this platform.It must also be ensured that the team's activities are not limited only to voting support but also verify the authenticity of new users, provide them with necessary guidelines, and encourage them to build their reputation on the platform.

The team will also check whether any account is abusing the rules, and the team members will work to detect such instances. Different types of theft will serve as sufficient protection to avoid plagiarism and various content created with AI.Following all the rules and thinking about the betterment of the platform, this team is applying for the August curation program to support newcomers. This team will serve as a mentor for newcomers so we are introducing to you Team the Inspire.

I am @tammanna, on this renowned platform, Steemit, I started my journey in July 2023. And my reputation is now 78.
I’ve worked in many communities and also been verified there. Through my various posts, I have brought out many creative sides of mine, like cooking, drawing, crafting, blogging, and creative writing. Alhamdulillah, I’ve got a lot of support and encouragement from this platform, which always motivates me, and I have come this far successfully.

This is @drhira, joined Steemit platform on May 2021, its about 5 years have completed successfully. Though interaction with different friends and family I was able to overcome all the challenges which I had faced when I was a newcomer.

Since the time I have joined Steemit platform I am working actively without any power down history, hence sharing my daily diary, participation in contests and also in challenges its awesome experience; I am in love when I interact and engaged with my friends posts. I have selected once for steemcurator02 in November, 2024. Currently I had work in newcomer curator team for May, I will continue my work with consistency and passion.

I am Alexander Peace. I am presently a moderator in Steem fashion and style community, the ladies universe community and the traveling steem community and I have also served as a community curator in the past on several occasions and also for new comers.

I have always enjoyed using my position to do my part for the community and steemians. It’s with the same passion and zeal that I bring into this application as a curator for August .

My name is Ramón, though on Steemit and other platforms I go by @oneray. I'm Venezuelan, currently residing in the United States, with a strong interest in holistic wellness, creative writing, technology, travel, and storytelling personal growth.
I work as an electrician, welder, and metal fabricator, and I'm also a human nutrition coach. Alongside these trades, I write: I'm currently translating my first personal growth book for publication while working on a second. Constant study has been the thread connecting all of these—trades and writing alike.
I actively participate in communities such as Recreative Steem and the Newcomers' Community, where I collaborate regularly, organize contests to encourage creativity, and support other users with practical feedback for their growth.
I also have experience curating content for newcomers, with a focus on identifying details that may not align with the Proof of Brain (PoB) standard—particularly signs of over-reliance on editing or language-processing tools that can strip content of its original voice.

Our first goal will be to provide all kinds of guidance so that the newcomers can continue their work here very nicely and efficiently and without any difficulty. Our team members have previously applied these methods in building their own communities, making them fully experienced in providing the correct guidelines to newcomers and we are very alert to fake and duplicate accounts created just to get rewards. They will be given a warning messagenot to express their interest in publishing content using AI tools in this era.

We will not limit our task only to voting for newcomers we will check the quality of any user's post as soon as they vote for it here and identify all their mistakes and provide guidance so that they can post more accurately and neatly in the future. We will also encourage them to engage in healthy blogging and build their reputation by interacting with the community. our team will always monitor it to ensure that new people can come out and post quality content.

Our team member have previous experience in serving in newcomer communities Using a variety of modern tools, all aspects of their posts will be considered and specific solutions to their problems will be provided by identifying problematic posts. This expertise will be healpful in leading this team. Of course, our team will definitely try to provide solutions after identifying various issues.

All our team members are skilled in using various tools and detecting abuse and they are experienced in checking for plagiarism, Copyright and AI content.However, we will always try to provide all kinds of help to new users so that they do not do such things next time.
So consider us as a Newcomer focused team in August month and we ensure that we carry out our important duties properly.
