Greetings, wonderful community! My husband and I recently had the privilege as a special Guest of 2025/2026 Graduation Ceremony at Calisa Academy in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. It was an occasion marked by joy, pride, laughter, and inspiration.

From the moment pupils and guests arrived, the atmosphere buzzed with excitement. The well-structured programme commenced with prayers, the National Anthem, the school anthem, and a warm welcome from the proprietress. Each segment highlighted the school’s commitment to providing quality education while instilling confidence, discipline, and strong character in its young learners.

The highlight of the ceremony was watching the graduating pupils showcase their talents with confidence. Their presentations, speeches, and performances reflected the hard work of both teachers and students. Special performances from Nursery 2, Nursery 3, Primary 3, and Primary 5 & 6 were particularly delightful, showcasing creativity and teamwork.

The awarding of certificates and special honors was a proud moment, as parents celebrated their children's accomplishments. It was heartwarming to witness the graduates' excitement and the support from their families. As the event concluded with dance performances, parent speeches, a vote of thanks, and closing prayers, the joyful atmosphere continued.l onWhat stood out was Calisa Academy’s focus not only on academics but also on nurturing children’s talents, values, and confidence. The school is genuinely dedicated to its mission of "grooming young minds for greatness."

As my husband and I left the ceremony, we felt inspired and grateful for having witnessed such a wonderful celebration. It reminded us that every child has the potential to achieve greatness with the right guidance and support.
