All in one Contest Week 34: Quick and Easy Step-by-step Drawing Tutorial of a Cute Honey Bee for Kids

Assalamualaikum Everyone. I hope all of you are doing well and having a great time.

Today, I am going to participate in the All in one Contest Week 34: Writing Expedition and Food Challenge. This contest includes many topics to participate. So, today the topic I chose for this contest is Drawing.

I am very thankful to @steemkidss for organizing this contest and giving us this opportunity to show our talent and creativity.

So today, I will share with you a tutorial on making a drawing of a Cute Honey Bee with the help of a circle. It's a very easy and simple drawing. Kids especially love this and can try it themselves. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes. I will share the whole process step-by-step so you can easily follow it, if you want to make it.

Materials Required

1. Any bottle lid (medium size)
2. White paper
3. Lead pencil
4. Eraser
5. Pencil colors
6. Black pointer

Step no 1
Take the bottle lid, place it on the white paper and draw a circle by tracing it with a lead pencil.

Step no 2
Draw a V-like shape on the left side of the circle as shown in the photo to make the bee's sting.

Step no 3
Now draw three a little bit curved lines inside the circle as shown in photo.

Step no 4
Draw two circles with some distance between them for making the bee eyes as shown in the photo.

Step no 5
Draw two tiny circles inside each eye, one big and one small as shown in the photo. Then, draw small eye lashes of both eyes to complete the bee's eyes look and a cute smile.

Step no 6
Draw oval cheeks on the right and left side of the smile and two wings on the top as shown in the photo.

Step no 7
This is the last step. Draw two slightly curved antennae on the head as shown in the photo. Now your Cute Honey Bee sketch is ready.

Step no 8
Outline the whole bee with black pointer except the cheeks. Then outline the cheeks with pink color as shown in the photo.

Step no 9
Now we will fill colors in the honey bee. Fill black color in the sting and in the two broad lines as shown in the photo.

Step no 10
Fill pink color in the cheeks and light blue color in the wings.

Step no 11
Fill yellow color in the remaining part except the eyes.

Step no 12
Fill black color in the eyes, leaving the tiny circles white. Now your drawing of Cute Honey Bee is complete. I wrote my username and today's date. Here is the final look:
