I always strive to create diverse content, that is why I am here today with a new post. Today, I will share the best meals I had this week, along with my thoughts and feelings about them. Food is always a fascinating subject. I extend my sincere thanks to @ngoenyi ma'am for organizing such a wonderful contest. So, let’s get started---

I currently live in a student hostel.where meals are prepared in bulk for everyone, and we pay a fixed monthly charge for them. Although the food may not be particularly flavorful, it is healthy.A variety of vegetables are cooked with minimal spices in a light broth. That is why we occasionally buy food from outside shops or the university canteen. All in all, I have thoroughly enjoyed experiencing new flavors this week.

Monday(Dinner)

(Rice, dal, fried egg, and okra curry)

On Monday for dinner,I had rice, dal, a fried egg, and okra curry. Red lentils are very beneficial for our bodies. Besides, okra is a favorite of mine.

Wednesday(Dinner)

(Rice, mixed vegetable dal, and egg-potato bhuna)

On Wednesday for dinner, I had rice, mixed-vegetable dal, and egg-and-potato bhuna. It had been a long time since this egg bhuna was prepared at the hostel. The red lentil dal contained carrots and beans, though it was cooked very lightly.

Thursday(Breakfast and Dinner)

(Rice, dal, potato with poppy seed paste, chutney, pointed gourd curry, egg omelette)

On Thursday for breakfast, I had rice, dal, potatoes with poppy seed paste, and papaya chutney. For dinner, I had pointed gourd curry and an egg omelette. Additionally, our daily diet includes red lentils, which are very rich in protein.

Friday(Lunch)

(Rice and Mustard Fish curry)

For lunch on Friday, I had rice with a mustard-based fish curry, which was absolutely delicious. The dish was prepared using a paste made from whole mustard seeds.Resulting in a rich, thick, and reddish gravy that looked incredibly tasty.

I hope you all will like my post today. I will be back with a new topic tomorrow, until then, everyone stay well and healthy.
