Pictures tell a thousand stories-Wk41

I had a beautiful time yesterday with Mark. It's been a while since we had a picture together. If I decide to go dig out the post where we both featured, I think I would need to delve into my blog of over 6 months ago to get it.
Yesterday I had the opportunity to take some shot with him once again. It just occurred to me to do so. Although I see him every Sunday but then there had never been that luxury of time to play around with him like I had yesterday.
He is actually so much fun to be with. The last time I had a picture with him he was still very young, he was even crawling at the time but now he can actually race a 100 meter dash with you, lols. I mean to say, he now walks and runs.

Looking at him tells a story of growth, and that applicable to us all. We all were once babies, carried and handled with care. With us, growth took place in levels, from that baby who used to be handled with care to a crawling child and finally to an adult that we are.
I even observed something amazing while with him yesterday and that is his ability to make choices, yea! Sound funny right? Well, he has started exhibiting that trait. I watched him refuse for me to carry him since he could now run and not just walk, he just wanted to explore all by himself.
He can now turn down offers and decided who he want to be with, lols. The same child who everyone could carry without any form of resistance now dictates with his action who he wants to carry him.

Such is life! We all were once like that but now we could take decisions even without blinking or concerned about what others think because we believe we are now old enough to take responsibility for ourselves and our actions.
Staying around Mark taught me these subtle lessons. Indeed, the young shall grow. I won't be surprised what he would look like the next time I'm opportune to take some shots with him, maybe by then he would probably be schooling me about the latest technology of his age...lols.
