The Diary Game: Going to School And Getting Myself A New Footwears (5/5/2026)

Hello My Steemit Family! Good evening you all.. Hope you're all doing well? It's @prosper-1 once again, and I want to tell you how my day went.

Today I woke up early, I usually wake by 6:00am, to prepare for work. When I woke up, I said my morning affirmations, brushed my teeth and freshened up for work. I left early, because my new house is now a bit far to my place of work and traffic is always bad at that time. I got to school around 6:5am, and settled in my class. Around 7:30am, the learners few learners that has come were asked to come out for morning devotion.

After the morning devotion, they all went into their various classes. Then teaching kicked off.

After the day's lessons, around 1: 30pm, it was school over and we dismissed.

After the last learner went home, I carried my bag and headed home. As I was going I saw where they were selling footwears, I alighted and went to the store to get myself a flat shoe, i realized the woman has majorly slippers and very few shoes.

I picked up the only flat shoe that was remaining there and negotiated the price with her, when we finally agreed on a certain amount which was 6000 Nigerian naira, i tested it and it was well fitted on my legs, I paid and left.

When I got home I brought it out once more and was really glad to have bought it.

There's always this joy that comes when you gift yourself a gift, and that was exactly the joy I had today. Thanks for Reading through 🌹.
