Greeting friends,
Welcome to my belog,how are you all .I am @ roohiasif99 from Pakistan.I hope everybody fine too.Food reflects the culture and traditions of a country.Sometimes food becomes the identity of a country.Today I will share with you the different dishes I made this week, their pictures, and the times they were eaten.
Let's move towards and starts
Sunday (whole day menu)
Today is Sunday .I made chicken biryani at home .it's my family favourite dish and made twice a week of this dish .I often make it for parties and festivals, which is very popular.My son loves samosas, so I made some samosas to enjoy with chutney.While these vegetables and beans, like my husband, enjoyed with chapati at night,this is the whole day of menu.being a mother I take care of my children like and dis like .
Monday (kabsa Arabic dish)
In a dinner time I made Arabic kabsa .first time I made this dish .it's very delicious juicy dish .mixed rice with meat cooked together .Its aroma and taste make it different from other dishes.because I am cooking lover .
Tuesday(Loki ki sabzi lunch time)
Today I made in lunch Loki ki sabzi .I try to made a balance diet and made whole menu of the week .In my house children not like vegetables.That's why I add spices and chicken powder to vegetables to enhance their flavor.ever since I learned that vegetables are very beneficial for health,I have made I made it compulsory to eat them twice a week.sometime I add vegetable in chicken .and I served with chappati.
Wednesday whole menu of the day
Today I made in lunch time potato curry ,Dal with Loki and made a breads .and dinner time dry chicken in tikka flavour.I put this dried chicken on top of bread, make a roll with ketchup and mayonnaise and give it to the children. .I made dinner early because due to the shortage of gas issue.
So guys it's time to leave .I hope you like my post and give me a good response.before I am going I would like to invite my lovely steemit friends @rauja @sualeha @suboohi to invite this contest
