༻꧂Good Evening Steemians༻꧂ |

Assalamu Alaikum friends!
Welcome everyone!
༻✏️ Step 1༻
I started the drawing by focusing on one eye. First I lightly sketched the basic shape of the eye and eyebrow. Then added the eyelashes and small details inside the eye. Well I kept the shading soft at this stage. So I could build up the darker areas gradually.
༻✏️ Step 2༻
For the second step. I started drawing the other eye. I carefully worked on its shape. Then added the iris and pupil. Well I also paid attention to the angle of the eye. So that it would match the side look expression of the portrait.
༻✏️ Step 3༻
Well I worked on the second eyebrow. I added the surrounding shading. I also refined the eye a little more. Especially the eyelid and the area underneath it. This is to give the face more depth and expression.
༻✏️ Step 4༻
In this step I worked more on the eyes and eyebrows. I added the eyelashes and darker areas around the eyes. Well I also building up the shading above the eyelids. This started giving the portrait more depth and expression.
༻✏️ Step 5༻
In this step I started working on the nose. Well I connected it naturally with the eyes. I added light shading around the bridge. Well the darker tones near the tip to give it more depth. The nose helped bring the facial features together. This made the portrait start looking more complete.
༻✏️ Step 6༻
Then I worked on the lips. Well I gave them more shape and detail. I added darker shading to create volume. Well I kept the lines soft. So they would blend naturally with the rest of the portrait. At this point the main facial features were coming together nicely guys.
Finally, the portrait is complete.
༻My feelings behind this portrait༻
I didn't have a specific story in mind while creating this portrait. Well just a beautiful idea that I wanted to put on paper. I have always loved eye expressions, because sometimes eyes say things that words cannot. That's why this time I paid more attention to her expressions and especially her eyes instead of her face.
The most fun I had while creating this portrait was shading the eyes, eyelids and nose. At first I wasn't even sure what it would look like in the end. With each new part the picture becomes a little more complete. Sometimes I put more pressure on the pencil, sometimes lighter, and then gradually tried to improve the shading.
For me it is not just a drawing but a small moment that I have preserved in my style. Maybe that's why I like the name "When a Glance Becomes Art". Even a simple look can hide many feelings, and when that look is put on paper, it becomes a beautiful memory. 🎨❤️
