A Spiritual Visit to Urs

Today I want to share a very peaceful and spiritual day of my life. I went to an Urs. It was the Urs of ***Hazrat Khawaja Noor Muhammad Sani.*** Many people from different places came there. The environment was very calm and full of respect. When I reached there, I saw lights everywhere. The place was decorated very nicely. There was beautiful chiraghan. People were lighting small lamps and candles. It looked very beautiful in night. The soft light was giving peaceful feeling to my heart. I also went inside with respect. I prayed silently. Many people were there. Some were sitting quietly. Some were making dua. Everyone had their own wishes. Everyone was asking from Allah with hope. I saw people coming with strong belief. They were asking Allah for their needs. Some people were praying for health. Some for success. Some for peace in life. It made me think how much we all need Allah in our life. The place was full of spiritual feeling. No loud noise. Just calm voices and prayers. I felt very relaxed there. My heart felt light. Sometimes in busy life we forget these peaceful moments. I also did chiraghan. I lit small lamp with my own hands. That moment felt very special. I closed my eyes and made dua. I asked Allah for goodness in my life and for my family. I also prayed for others. There were many people of all ages. Old people, young boys and children. Everyone was there with respect. It was nice to see people together like this. Some people believe that these pious people are close to Allah. They come here with love and respect. They hope that Allah will accept their prayers. It is about faith and connection. I spent some time there quietly. I just sat and watched everything. Lights, people and prayers. It all felt different from normal days. It gave peace to my heart. After some time, I walked around that place. There were small stalls also. But I was more focused on the spiritual side. I wanted to feel that peace. When I was coming back I felt calm inside. Like my heart was clean and light. It was not just a visit. It was a feeling.
