We now eat various types of food every day. Nowadays people do not want to eat green vegetables. Everyone eats fish, meat, etc. Green vegetables contain a lot of vitamins. Also, green vegetables are very good for the body. In our house, we often bring green vegetables from the market. Everyone in our family likes to eat green vegetables. Currently, moringa is available in the market. It is a nutritious food. My father bought moringa, potatoes and lentils, chili and onion from the market. Today, moringa curry was made at our house. Below are the ingredients used to make the curry and how it was made.

Cooking Preparation:-
Step one
First I washed the lentils thoroughly with water. There is dirt in the lentils so they need to be washed thoroughly.
Step two
Then I cut the moringa into pieces. I cut the moringa into small pieces. So that the spices can reach the moringa well during cooking.
Step three
Then I took the potatoes. And peeled the potatoes. Then I cut the potatoes into small pieces.
Step four
Then I cut the chillies, onions and garlic. And I cut them into pieces. Then I arranged it on a plate.
Step Five
I peeled the skin of the moringa. Then I washed the moringa thoroughly with water.
Step Six
I washed the potatoes. Then I put the potatoes, lentil and moringa together in a bowl.
Step Seven
Then I put the pan in the clay oven. And I put oil as required in the pan. And I put everything there and started cooking. It took 20-25 minutes to cook.
Step Eight
Then when the cooking was over, I took the pan off the oven. Then I poured the moringa curry from the pan into the bowl. Then I took a picture of the bowl of curry. And I took a picture of the bowl in my hand.
My father likes to eat vegetables. Everyone in our house likes moringa curry. When cooked in moringa broth with lentil, it tastes very delicious. This is a traditional dish of our area. Moringa is a very nutritious vegetable. Doctors recommend eating moringa. It is different to buy fresh moringa from the market and cook it yourself at home. It is healthy. We had rice with moringa curry in the afternoon. My father liked the moringa curry I cooked very much. He said that the curry I cooked was very delicious.
