The Diary Game:- Some extraordinary moments of a typical Friday. (17-07-26)
Last Friday was a very peaceful and busy day for me. Let me share with you how I spent my holiday, forgetting all the busyness and fatigue of the week.
I woke up a little late in the morning. But since it is a holiday, this delay can be forgiven! I woke up, washed my hands and face, and freshened up. Friday is a special day, so I got ready very well for the Jumma prayer. I put on a new dress and a cap and set off for the mosque. Jumma prayer is a very sacred time for us Muslims. The gathering of so many people around the mosque, meeting everyone, all together creates a strange spiritual peace in my mind. When I left the mosque after the prayer, I felt that today had started very beautifully.
I returned home from the mosque and had lunch. After eating my favorite food in the afternoon, it was very necessary to take some rest. The afternoon's laziness seemed to wash away the rest of the day's fatigue. When the sun softened a little in the afternoon, I went out.
I went to the small market in our area. The market scene is always lively. People are busy buying their necessities on the side of the road. While walking, I suddenly saw a fish seller sitting on the side of the road arranging his stall. Seeing the crowd of fresh fish and the clamor of the village life, the familiar face of rural life flashed before my eyes.
After leaving the market, I wanted to get a little closer to nature. So I went straight to the river bank that flows past our village. The air on the river bank is really different. The open sky, the gentle waves of the river water, and the sight of boats sailing in the distance all created a wonderful moment. It is difficult to express the feeling of standing on the river bank and feeling that afternoon breeze.
After walking for a while on the river bank, I saw a seller selling bel puri. It is really difficult to control the temptation to taste jhal-muri or bel puri on a hot afternoon. I ate the Bel Puri without delay and with great satisfaction. The experience of eating such a light snack in the open air, sitting on the bank of the river, under the open sky, was quite exciting. The taste seemed a little better than usual.
I returned home before evening approached. The busyness of the whole day, prayers, visiting the market, and the time spent on the bank of the river all combined made Friday a truly beautiful and memorable day. These small moments bring the real joy of life. I hope you all enjoyed my diary game. Thank you very much to everyone and I look forward to your cooperation.
