Have a Blessed Day Everyone!

The heat of the sun is so hot maybe because it is still in summer season, and the best remedy for this is to visit a river or any place where we can rest and swim in the water.

And just recently, we've went to a river near our Church with my family in Christ as we wanted to bond and as will as to have a swimming day just to counterpart the heat of the sun.

We arrived at the river at a time of 9:00 in the morning and this time, we prepare our food first in which some of our brethren prepare it while others are busy eating snacks while talking about life.

While waiting for our foods to be ready, we have already started swimming most especially the kids who really love swimming here and their very excited.

The adults have also started swimming while the sun is not that too hot at this time. But the kids didn't missed this time they immediately go to swimming and their playing on the water most especially to my Nephew.

When the time is almost 12:00 noon, the foods are now finished and it looks like were all very hungry now most especially the kids, and so it is time for our lunch.

We have grilled chicken or lechon manok, grilled fish and a lot more which is very perfect on this days swimming day because it is more delicious when we eat here.

After our lunch, we've continue swimming but since the sun is so hot and it is not recommended because of sunburn and other skin disease, so around 2:30 PM we stop our swimming and we've immediately went home.
