This post is going be a short review about Waiting For Godot.

About:
Waiting For Godot is a play written by the Irish author Samuel Beckett. It was written between 1948 and 1949 and first published in 1952. The first time it was performed was the following year (1953). The original language is English. The genre of the play is: tragicomedy.

Review:
The play is about two guys waiting for another guy named Godot. Seeing the act and reading the play are two different experiences. As, the play shows two people standing in front of a tree with no leaves. Waiting all day for someone that does not show up. Beckett's writing delves into the philosophical aspect of hope. Where one might have a false hope. But, that what would keep them going. Or, as shown in the play, keeps them waiting and repeating the same things over and over.
