SLC31-W3 || Our Surroundings A Series of Real Life Experiences ; Mosque & Temple
ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّٰهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
Dear friends, I hope you are all doing well. I am also Alhamdulillah, doing very well by the grace of Allah. I have come to participate in the competition held in the third week of Steemit Challenge Season 31. We started this competition journey through our dear and respected elder brothers @adeljose & @kibreay001, and it is still ongoing. Today, I am participating here, focusing on the topic given by SLC31-W1.
According to the question, I chose a mosque as the answer, and it is a famous mosque. Among the competition topics, I selected this famous mosque. I visited a well-known mosque in my city. This mosque is a popular one among people. The name of this mosque is Baitur Rahman Central Mosque, Bogura. It is located in the northern part of Bangladesh, in Bogura district, right in the middle of Bogura city. This mosque can be seen from Satmata Square in the east of Bogura, approximately 60 to 70 yards from the square. The foundation of Baitur Rahman Central Mosque was laid by the martyred President Ziaur Rahman, his eldest son Mr. Tarique Rahman, on Independence and National Day, March 26, 2004, 12 Chaitra 1410.
In this mosque, people offer prayers five times a day. Additionally, they perform the Friday prayer, and there are many shops around where people regularly perform the five daily prayers. Various children come here to recite the Holy Quran. They also memorize the Holy Quran.Qari Saheb provides them with more knowledge. The entire scene from outside the mosque is very beautiful. There is a beautiful staircase to enter this mosque and some beautiful trees around which natural beauty prevails. I am showing some pictures of the environment and services of this mosque below.

 A beautiful design in the middle of the mosque | I am closely observing the mosque and have seen various environments. I have separately taken pictures of each service. The pictures are given below.
I have visited this mosque beautifully. The biggest advantage is that those who run businesses in this market immediately leave their work and come here to pray when the call to prayer is announced. Alongside their business, they also improve their religion and the hereafter. This is one of the best advantages of this mosque. Moreover, those who learn here and memorize the Holy Quran also enhance their intellect. Five prayers are held here every day. An educated Muslim has been appointed as the prayer imam. The members of the mosque pray behind a knowledgeable imam. A religious leader is appointed to lead the morning, noon, afternoon, evening, and night prayers. Everyone follows him as a leader for prayer. All activities of the mosque are conducted in accordance with Islamic religion.
Nothing is allowed here outside of religious ceremonies. Prayers are conducted in a clean environment. The floors and walls of the mosque are fully covered with high-quality tiles.In addition to the floor and walls of the mosque, a beautiful design has been created above this mosque, an extraordinary design that is fascinating to people. Also, the back side of this mosque has a gate that is very attractive and beautiful. I liked it very much because the color and design of this gate are very nice; looking at it makes me feel a little sad. Anyway, I can see that the activities of the mosque are being conducted quite well. There is a mosque committee here that manages all the activities. The activities of this mosque are carried out based on everyone's suggestions.
You have asked a very important question. Since I have discussed the mosque, I will now present in front of you some duties and roles of the mosque's Imam and Mu'azzin. In this mosque, there is Imam Sahab, Muezzin Sahab, and Khadem Sahab. The responsibility of a Muezzin is not only to manage this mosque. In the sight of Allah, the value of a Muezzin is very high. By responding to his call, thousands of worshippers serve in the mosque; and the person who invites others to the remembrance of Allah and prayer is honored by Allah to the highest degree.
Besides, the most important matter is the Imam. The name 'Imam' means leader. Allah has honored him so much that he is recognized as a leader and is acknowledged accordingly. The muezzin and the Imam of this mosque play extremely important roles. The muezzin calls the worshippers through the microphone and fully manages the responsibilities and cleanliness of the mosque. Meanwhile, the Imam leads the five daily prayers and provides guidance to the worshippers. He also gives people various directions and explains different religious issues. However, Allah has granted a great status to an Imam. Hakqani, a learned scholar, states that every neighborhood and village needs such an Imam in every mosque, as having such an Imam in the mosque will greatly benefit the people. Insha'Allah.
When it comes to discussing the environment, I feel that the environment here is much better compared to other mosques. It should be called a good environment because I consider it a natural environment. And this mosque is continuously monitored by complete CCTV cameras. There is a nice facility for ablution in this mosque. This mosque has a positive impact on the environment of our city. It is not only a center for religious activities; I feel that there is a clean and peaceful environment here. And it plays an important role in this.
Generally, cleanliness is maintained around the mosque. Moreover, trees have been planted around the mosque, which make the environment extremely beautiful and pleasant. There are trees around the mosque, and in front of the mosque, there is a beautiful garden which further enhances the beauty of the mosque. Additionally, the environment around the mosque has greatly improved for people. Also, they work on the social and conscious development of the people who come around the mosque. Overall, the areas surrounding this mosque are very beautiful and The environment is extremely peaceful.
