When the last light of the afternoon spreads around, the Deleshwar School Ground seems to regain new life. Especially during the Football World Cup, the atmosphere at this ground becomes livelier and more festive. Small children, teenagers, and school students from the surrounding area come together to organize football games. The whole area is filled with players running across the field, spectators cheering, and the sounds of joy when goals are scored. The playground is located one kilometer away from my house. It is located next to the Deleshwar boat dock on the Buriganga River. I reach the playground by boat. The boat fare costs 5 taka or 1 Steem. The biggest attraction of Deleshwar School Ground is its picturesque location. The traditional Buriganga River flows along one side of the ground. The cool breeze from the river makes the afternoon game more comfortable. Parents and locals who come to watch the game enjoy the beauty of the river, standing or sitting beside the ground. The enchanting scene created by the golden light falling on the river water during sunset further enhances the beauty of this ground.

Cricket, football, and badminton are regularly played near my house. In the afternoon, children, teenagers, and young people from the area gather in the field. Although cricket and football are played most of the year, badminton's popularity increases a lot in the winter.
