1 What type of service location did you visit? Briefly describe it.

Today I have brought a review of a government hospital. This government health center is located in the Companyganj upazila of Noakhali district. It is a 50-bed government hospital. It has an emergency department and an outpatient department. There are various doctors in the outpatient department from 10 am to 1 pm for all types of diseases. Here, you can see a doctor by paying a ticket for free and government medicines are also available here for free. There is also an outpatient department where there is a 24-hour duty doctor who admits and provides medical services to emergency patients. He admits patients whose condition is more serious and provides medical services to others. This health center in Companyganj upazila is an important center for all people because when people get sick, they first come to the government hospital for service. Since the demand for patients here is high, the upazila is very large, so it was necessary to build a new building in addition to the old building. Now this hospital is serving patients in a large area in both buildings.

2 Operational history & Location (Steem Atlas pin)

Upazila Health Complex is a very old and traditional state institution. However, due to the need of the time and the size of the upazila, separate buildings have been built for patients on a much larger scale. Especially, new buildings have been built in addition to the old buildings and different departments have been brought to different buildings. It is located in the heart of Basurhat Bazar of Companyganj Upazila. The road around this hospital is basically named Hospital Road. There are many more private hospitals around this upazila hospital, but this upazila hospital is the largest health service provider and the most experienced doctors are in this hospital. Therefore, the first refuge for patients is this upazila health complex.

3 Type of work & Workers’ lifestyle

In addition to doctors, this upazila health complex has lab technicians, pathologists and pharmacists. There are also many cleaner boys and staff from different departments. Each of them completes their work with their own interest and love, and there is a separate building inside the hospital area for the workers where they can rest after finishing their work. There are family quarters for them and their duties are divided into different shifts. So after their shift or duty, they can easily go to rest by explaining the work to the people. Because their quarters are right inside the hospital area.

4 Environmental impact & (With pictures + videos)

This Upazila Health Complex has a very beautiful environment. It is very neat and tidy all around, flowers and green trees are planted on both sides of the road to decorate it. Cleaners always work to keep it clean and tidy. In fact, it is very pleasant here because everyone likes to see a clean environment. Basically, the entire area is always kept clean and tidy inside and outside the hospital, within the boundary wall that is there. I have tried to show you through the video here, the incredibly beautiful and tidy and clean environment inside and outside the hospital.
