I myself went there and spent some time there and I will share that experience with you today. Let's get started...

What type of service location did you visit? Briefly describe it.

The place I visited is “Badarganj Pharmacy”. This shop is a local pharmacy that mainly supplies various types of medicines. And works as an important part of people's primary healthcare. Although the pharmacy looks ordinary from the outside, it is understood once you enter. How necessary a service center it is. Medicines from different companies are neatly kept on the shelves arranged around the shop. Medicines from various companies are also available in this pharmacy, starting from fever, cold, pain and various complex diseases. In addition, patients can easily collect medicines by bringing prescriptions. Some chairs have also been placed inside the shop to sit. Which creates a comfortable environment for the patients. I find this place very important. Because this shop ensures fast and easy healthcare for the local people.

Badarganj Pharmacy has been providing services in this area for a long time. And has gradually gained the trust of the people. According to the locals, it is a reliable pharmacy where almost all types of necessary medicines are available. This pharmacy is located at No. 13, Railgate Rangpur Road, Badarganj area, which is easily accessible. This shop is open from 10.00 am to 11.00 pm. As a result, people can come here and collect medicines at any emergency moment. When I went there, I saw a few customers buying medicines and the employees are serving them very sincerely. This is not just a business establishment. Rather, it is a service center that is there for the urgent needs of people.

Type of work & Workers’ lifestyle

The people working in this pharmacy spend a very busy time all day. Their work includes dispensing medicines as per prescription. Keeping medicines organized, collecting new medicines and communicating well with customers. I went there and saw an employee talking on the phone. Probably communicating with a medicine supplier. Their working hours are very long, they work almost all day from morning to night. This job is not only responsible, but also requires patience. Because they have to work with different types of people every day. Although their life is very simple, they are playing an important role by serving people. I find their hard work and sense of responsibility really admirable.

Although the environment of the pharmacy is fairly clean, in my opinion, there is a need to improve the condition of the wires and walls in some places. The use of medicine packets and plastic has had some negative impact on the environment. However, the positive side is that people are being ensured healthcare. Help is available quickly in times of emergency. This pharmacy, which is easily accessible to the locals, is a great benefit for the people of the area. If the shop is kept a little cleaner and the decoration is improved. Then it will create a better environment.
