This playground is the field of Shah Garibullah Mazar Madrasa and Orphanage in Hatibandha Upazila. It is a local sports field where madrasa students, local children, and adults regularly participate in various games and sports activities. The field is more commonly known as the "Madrasa Field."

The playground is located beside Shah Garibullah Mazar in Hatibandha Upazila and near Hatibandha Police Station. It can be reached by any type of transportation, including auto-rickshaws, rickshaws, vans, motorcycles, and buses. Nearby is one of Hatibandha’s well-known educational institutions, Hatibandha SS Model High School. The field is situated close to Hatibandha Bazaar and directly connected to the main road. The area is generally kept clean and tidy. Since it is located in the central part of Hatibandha, people can easily reach it from any corner of the upazila, even on foot.

Because the field is located near the market, it is usually crowded with visitors. There is no entrance gate or entry fee, making it freely accessible to everyone. Various sports events and recreational activities are organized here throughout the year. Competitions are held among local communities, schools, and different teams from the same area.
The field regularly hosts tournaments and remains active almost every day. Seasonal games such as badminton and volleyball are especially popular during cooler weather, and tournaments are frequently organized. The rules and discipline of the field are well maintained. Since it is located beside an Islamic institution, the likelihood of inappropriate activities is very low.
During major tournaments, temporary stalls and small shops are often set up around the field. Vendors may pay a small fee for operating their stalls. If any products are sold, payment is generally made in cash, and no alternative payment methods are commonly available.

This field is one of the best places for spending leisure time and enjoying recreation. Since sports activities take place here regularly, anyone feeling stressed or unhappy can visit and enjoy the lively atmosphere. Recreation plays a vital role in keeping the mind fresh and healthy, and this field provides an excellent environment for that purpose.
There is currently no warning sign at the entrance of the field. If I had the opportunity to place one, the humorous rule I would write would be:
"Please do not urinate wherever you like; that area is not your personal property!"
Since many people visit this place, maintaining cleanliness and proper standards is very important. Such a sign would help keep the environment clean and prevent unnecessary problems.
It happened during the rainy season when water had accumulated in different parts of the field. Everyone was trying to dry the field by removing water and spreading sand so that games could continue.
There was a ditch beside the field, but it was difficult to notice because of the surrounding bushes. One of my friends was helping with the work when someone jokingly pointed toward a spot and asked him to clean it. While absent-mindedly walking in that direction, he suddenly slipped and fell straight into the muddy ditch. He had been wearing a brand-new outfit, which was completely covered in mud. The incident left everyone surprised at first, but soon everyone burst into laughter.
If I had an unlimited budget, I would build a world-class sports and entertainment complex in this field. It would include a modern football stadium, cricket ground, indoor sports arena, advanced lighting system, giant digital screens, children's amusement facilities, and a virtual reality gaming zone.
Such attractions would make the place far more enjoyable and exciting for people of all ages. It would not only promote sports and recreation but also attract visitors from different areas, making the field a major community entertainment center.
