The name of the grocery shop that I visited is called "Samclems business ventures". This is a grocery shop that sells a lot of products and it is a retail business shop that sells rice, vegetable oil, provisions, eggs, spaghetti, detergents, garri, and a lot of products.

There are products kept outside and inside the shop for customers to see and most of the products inside the shop are in bags and cartons, which the shop sells both single and in packs.

The grocery shop started as a small business venture in early 2020 and began expanding gradually to the level that it is today with two other branches in Nasarawa State.

This particular branch of Samclems' business ventures that I visited is located inside Akwanga main market. A lot of people know where this business is located and it is very easy to see the business when you visit the market.

How was your shopping experience at the shop? Also, what is your brief evaluation of the price and quality of the products?

My experience shopping at the place was perfectly nice. I had a good experience shopping at the place and I was so happy that I shopped at the place because of the price difference with other places.

The price and quality of the products are very much okay and affordable compared to what other businesses are selling. In this place their is always a discount for purchase which is one thing that I like about the place.

The business is in the open market and the negative environmental impacts of the business environment are:

• Waste generation: sachets, spoiled vegetables, food wrappers, and plastic bottles can create litter if not properly disposed of.

• Poor sanitation: There is waste accumulation and open drainage around that attracts pests, and flies thereby causing health risk and pollution.

• Air pollution: The dust from roads and smoke from nearby vehicles or cooking affects the quality of health.
