Today, I am very excited to share my entry for the Contest. A special thanks to @nevlu123 brother, for hosting such an engaging competition.

I chose the topic of cooking Khichuri for my video vlog because it is a very popular and traditional dish in our country. There is a special joy in cooking and eating Khichuri, especially during rainy days or during family gatherings. I cooked Khichuri with my own hands and captured the entire process on video. This experience was very special for me, because I have never made a cooking video like this before. I wanted to show the viewers that it is possible to cook delicious and healthy Khichuri with very simple ingredients. At the same time, I wanted to highlight the importance of our local food.

The most fun part of the video was capturing every step of the cooking process on camera. The scenes of washing rice and lentils, chopping vegetables, frying spices, and slowly making khichdi. I cooked khichdi with beef. It was very good to watch. However, there were some challenges. It was also a bit difficult to keep the lighting right and capture the video clearly. However, I worked patiently and in the end, I was able to complete the video beautifully. After the khichdi was cooked, I really liked its beautiful color and smell, and I felt a different kind of joy in eating food that I had cooked with my own hands.

I have gained a lot of new experiences by making this video. I have realized that to cook a good meal, it is not only about knowing the recipe, but also patience, cleanliness and using the right ingredients at the right time. At the same time, I have also learned something new about video recording and presentation. I want the viewers to be inspired by this video and try to cook Khichuri easily at home. Also, they should understand that homemade food is healthy, safe and a beautiful way to share happiness with family.

Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend others to try cooking Khichuri. Because it is delicious, nutritious and can be made easily without much cost. This dish has a deep connection with the culture of our country. It can also be a good start for those who are new to cooking. Cooking with your own hands increases confidence and creates happy moments with family members. So I think everyone should cook Khichuri with their own hands at least once and enjoy that experience. This will not only make a delicious dish, but will also increase their interest in cooking and deepen their love for traditional food.
