Sumon Spicy Puffed Rice & Pickles

One of the most popular pickle stalls in our area is a mobile stall that travels to different places. However, every day it sets up at a fixed location called Rampura School Ground. The owner is an honest businessman who is well known by local people. He always serves customers with care and a friendly attitude.

This stall offers many delicious snacks, including spicy puffed rice (muri makha), spicy flattened rice (chira makha), and different kinds of pickles. The most popular items are olive pickle, elephant apple (chalta) pickle, jujube (boroi) pickle, and tamarind pickle. I often visit this stall to enjoy pickles and a plate of spicy puffed rice.

Whenever I buy muri makha, some children from my neighborhood are usually nearby. I sometimes buy pickles for them, and they happily enjoy eating together. It makes me feel good to share these tasty snacks with them and see their smiling faces.

Many kinds of Pickles

The stall is always clean and well organized. The food is prepared and served in a hygienic way, so customers can enjoy it with confidence. In the evening, the colorful lighting makes the stall look very attractive and catches everyone's attention. Another good thing is that the prices are very affordable. You can buy delicious pickles or a plate of muri makha for only 5 Bangladeshi Taka.

This stall is usually seen beside the road, especially in the evening. It opens in the afternoon and stays busy until night because many people come to enjoy its tasty snacks. I really like the muri makha from this stall, and I eat it from time to time. My favorite way to eat it is with less oil and fewer spices. I also like it with onion and fresh salad because it makes the taste even better.
