Hello friends!

Have you ever heard your mother say, "Don't waste food, especially in the kitchen"? 😀 I grew up hearing that all the time, and today I had the perfect opportunity to put that advice into practice.

We had a few overripe bananas at home, and instead of throwing them away, I decided to turn them into something delicious. With a few simple ingredients that were already in my kitchen, I made a creamy and flavorful Banana & Coffee Ice Cream.

The result was absolutely amazing!☺️

Ingredients

• Ripe bananas

• Coffee powder

• Honey

• Milk powder

• Sugar

• A pinch of salt

• Raisins

Preparation Process

Step 01 – Freeze the Bananas

First, I peeled the ripe bananas and placed them in the freezer for about 2–3 hours until they became nicely chilled.

Step 02 – Blend Everything Together

Once the bananas were well frozen, I cut them into pieces and added them to the blender cup.

The combination of sweet bananas and the mild coffee flavor created a surprisingly delicious taste. The honey added extra sweetness, while the raisins gave a nice texture to every bite.

I never expected such a simple homemade recipe to turn out this good. It was creamy, refreshing, and full of flavor.

Most importantly, I was happy that the overripe bananas didn't go to waste.

This recipe is proof that we can create something wonderful from ingredients that might otherwise be thrown away. It's easy to make, requires only a few ingredients, and tastes fantastic.
