Assalamu Alaikum. Greetings Sri Lankan community. I hope by the grace of Allah, you are all doing well. Alhamdulillah, by the grace of Allah, I am also doing well. Today I want to share a post with you about real life.

About three months ago I shared a post with you. There I mentioned very well that farmers are now busy sowing jute and irrigating the jute fields. About three months ago, farmers prepared their land. There they sowed the seeds of the golden crop jute and started tending there. At one stage, farmers prepared their crops gradually by applying many processes and pesticides and fertilizers.

In our country, there has been very little rain in the northern region at present. Due to which farmers have used irrigation pumps to extract water and water their fields. However, after a lot of hard work, farmers have been able to preserve their golden crops.

Then those golden crop jutes were kept submerged under water. This process continues for about 15 to 25 days. However, all the processes have been completed and farmers are currently very busy processing them.

Yesterday my cousin returned to his village from Dhaka. I went to their house to see him. But due to heavy traffic on the road, I could not reach home on time. So I enjoyed the surroundings of their house.

I suddenly saw some people talking inside the pond. I went to the back door of the house and went out and then I saw them. The farmers had a lot of smiles on their faces and cigarettes in their mouths. They were singing and they were working with great joy.

Since it is the rainy season, there was a possibility of light rain. It was raining slowly. On this rainy day, the farmers were working using polythene on their heads. The sight of them working made me very happy and I was very happy.

I spoke to the farmers. This year the price of jute is very good. Moreover, when jute was sown and since then the rains have started gradually. As a result, the jutes have grown considerably and the crop has improved greatly. Finally, the jutes have been immersed in pond water and now the entire process is complete.

Now the farmers will happily preserve the jutes and dry them in the sun to make their golden harvest. And by completing all these activities, they will be economically self-sufficient.

Along with the farmers in our village, women are also working. They help their husbands in household chores and help their family members.
