Apply if you want to be a detective in Steem Watcher
Greetings!
It's my first post in Steem-watcher. Currently, I am getting a lot of DMs regarding this steem watcher project. A lot of good steemians are here to become detectives and fight against all kind of abuse in Steemit.
But, the problem is that when it comes to fighting against abuse, it is very possible for many steemians here to become disillusioned. And there are a lot of risks to get downvotes from scammers/abuser.
To resolve this issue & reduce the risk level of getting downvotes from abuser we recommend that those who want to become detectives must open shadow IDs for themselves and use that IDs to find the abuser.
Using Shadow ID will keep your real ID safe. But, this may cause a problem in our Steem Watch community. Anyone can open a fake ID and post some fake abuse reports to earn rewards. To prevent this, anyone who wants to be a detective in Steem Watcher must go through a verification process.
The entire verification process will be done through the detective-verification channel of abuse watcher's discord server. To initiate this please, first of all fill the form below and submit.
Application to be a detective in Steem Watcher
After then we will invite you to the detective-verification channel of abuse watcher's discord server. When you pass this verification process you will be assigned a detective badge and tag on your Shadow Steemit ID in Steem Watcher community.
Thanks to everyone :)

Please do not forget to train your detectives well: the use of common phrases is not plagiarism - but is marked as such by various tools. We have already had arguments about this with self-appointed plagiarism watchdogs. Someone who posts content from their own website on Steem is not #steemexculsive, but not a plagiarist. There have also been such unpalatable accusations in the past few days - publicly. If there's anything I like even less than plagiarism, it's false accusations. In case of doubt, the person has to live with that ... I wish you a sense of proportion and capable people!
Excellent approach. I'm sure a lot of people will want to apply for this role. If there's anyone, who's thinking of applying for the detective role, I'd say make sure you're completely against abuse of all sorts. Being an anti abuse detective might seem easy to you, but trust me it's not. No, I am not a part of this team yet, but I have been fighting against abuse on steemit ever since I have joined. It's a task that requires 100% commitment and dedication. I wish good luck to all the detectives who are working really hard to fight abuse on Steemit. I'm looking forward to a much cleaner platform in coming future
Regards.
Hi @steem-watcher and the whole team of anti plagiarism and fraud.
At the moment I can't apply as a watcher, but every time in a while I come across accounts that, in my opinion, are clearly fraudulent, although due to time constraints it is difficult for me to track every entry.
Today I visited an account that has been resurrected after two years and everything it publishes is suspected of plagiarism, a clear and simple copy paste of what the author considers. His earnings are ridiculous and it is possibly more useful to pursue accounts with a higher level of fraud, but here is my little suspicion.
The author, olusolaemmanuel
On the other hand, such an important work you do.
A great job for Steemit platform and users and thank you very much for this initiative. It is a laudable initiative that is on track to succeed.
That's great, I'll apply bro.
I am sure now the number of abusers on the steemit platform will gradually decrease. Because steemit is not catching abusers like in 2016/2017. But @rme Dada took a very nice initiative which makes me want to work again. Blessings and best wishes to the @abuse-watcher team.
It was very important to make this announcement at this moment. Different volunteers are needed from different community and from different country. Then the scope of work of this project will increase.
We need more skilled and diverse people to find abusers. Because people from different countries are abusing here. In that case only those who know the language can catch them easily.
And with that we think our abuse watcher will be stronger and more efficient.
i hope lots of volunteers come form different community if they seen and read this announcement properly. overall After all, it was a momentous announcement. thank you.
It's nice to see, this announcement. This is need of platform.
I have filled the form, and I am very keen and passionate towards working with detectives on Steem as a detective.
