Where is it located and how to get here?
The name of this shop is Messrs Abdullah Hardware Store. It is located in the Old Market area of Parbatipur town. Normally, the shop opens from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, but currently it is open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM due to the present situation.
The shop is easy to find. If you ask anyone in the Old Market area, they will guide you to this hardware store without any problem.

A brief history of the store, Founder, established period, if there is any communication medium.
As far as I know, this shop was established several years ago. The founder of this store is Md. Shamsad Ali. There is a signboard in front of the shop where the owner’s phone number is clearly written, so customers can easily contact him if needed.
However, I could not find the exact year when the shop was established. Still, customers can communicate with the owner through the phone number provided.

Provide clear details about their activities. How many employees are engaged in what work?
This shop mainly sells different kinds of hardware items. You can find many useful tools and materials here. There is one owner and one employee who manage the shop together.
I personally visited the shop to check some products, and they behaved very nicely. They explained everything clearly and helped me understand the details of the products.

What are the facilities like? For example, electricity, Security, etc.
The shop has good facilities. There is electricity, CCTV security, and parking space for customers.
These things are very important for running a shop properly, and I found everything well arranged here.

How is the payment system done here? Cash payment, online payment, other
Since this shop is located in a local market area, the payment system is quite simple. They mainly accept cash payments. For online transactions, they only use bKash. No other digital payment methods are available at the moment.
Which product did you purchase from here? It should be shown. It would be better to show proof of payment.
Unfortunately, I could not purchase anything from this shop. I went there to buy an adjustable wrench, but the price they asked was too high.
Also, the product did not seem original, but they were asking the price of an original item. That’s why I decided not to buy it. There were no nearby shops where I could find the same product, so I returned home without purchasing it.

It would be great if you could provide your review feedback on how their service is.
To be honest, their service was quite good. They behaved nicely and explained the products clearly. However, I had some doubts about pricing because some items did not seem original, yet the prices were high.
In our country, it is still common to see non-original products being sold at higher prices, and I felt something similar here. Still, overall the shop is decent. Not excellent, but good enough for regular needs.
