Where is it located and how to get here?
I visited the Aarong showroom located in the Paharpur area of Dinajpur. It is situated in a familiar and easily accessible location.
The area can be described as moderately prime neither too crowded nor too remote. One major advantage is that the showroom is very close to the railway station, although it is slightly farther from the bus station. However, transportation is easily available, so this is not a problem.
For me, the location was especially convenient because I usually travel by train. The showroom can be reached easily by rickshaw, auto-rickshaw, or motorcycle. From the main town area, it takes only a short time to get there, making it accessible for everyone.

Aarong is one of the most popular lifestyle retail brands in Bangladesh, with branches across many districts. One of the main reasons behind its popularity is its unique designs, especially those that reflect the traditional culture and heritage of Bangladesh.
The brand was established by BRAC with the aim of promoting rural handicrafts and supporting local artisans. Since it was built through collective efforts, it is more appropriate to credit the organization rather than a single individual as the founder.
Over time, Aarong has built a strong reputation as a trusted and high-quality brand. The Dinajpur showroom is a part of this larger network.

Provide clear details about their activities
The main activity of this showroom is retail sales of a wide range of products such as clothing, handicrafts, home décor, and other traditional items. People of all age groups men, women, and children can find suitable products here.
There are several employees working in different roles, such as:
- Sales staff who help customers find products and explain details
- Cashiers on each floor who handle payments
- Floor staff and guards responsible for maintaining order
- Gatekeepers who ensure security at the entrance
All the staff members were polite and cooperative. I personally spoke with a few of them to learn more about the products, and they explained everything clearly and patiently. I really appreciated their behavior.

What are the facilities like?
The showroom offers a comfortable and customer-friendly environment. The interior design is attractive and well-organized, which makes shopping enjoyable.
There is proper lighting and air conditioning, so even during hot weather, shopping feels comfortable. Security is also well maintained, with guards at the entrance and CCTV monitoring.

The cleanliness of the showroom is impressive, it is neat and well-arranged. There is also enough space for customers to move around freely and explore products without any difficulty.
Overall, I found the environment very pleasant and convenient.

Aarong offers a wide variety of products. Some of the items I noticed include traditional Nakshi Katha, Panjabi, saree, salwar kameez, men's shirts and pants, handicrafts, showpieces, bags, accessories, and home décor items.

The showpieces are relatively expensive, but the designs are beautiful and unique. Personally, I liked the showpiece corner the most because of its creative and attractive collection.

During my visit, I noticed that the showroom also offers some dairy-based products and beverages. I saw a few types of juice that caught my attention.
I decided to try a strawberry yoghurt drink, as I had never tried it before. The drink was 200 ml, and the price was 35 BDT, but including VAT, I paid 38 BDT.
Although I did not receive a printed receipt, possibly because the purchase amount was small, I did receive an invoice number via message as proof of payment.

In my opinion, the overall service of this showroom is very good. The staff are polite and helpful, the product quality is excellent, and the environment is clean and well-maintained.
