That feeling which rise inside the body will be — anger, disappointment, tiredness — combine together to build frustration. However, it can just happen to anybody, whether young or old, rich or poor.

A lot of thing can cause frustration. Sometimes it might be lack of money, sometimes government policy which doesn't favour a common man. Another cause is when expectations is too high. If a person is hoping that life will go smoothly but reality is rough, frustration will comes.
Even small things like traffic on the road or long queue at fuel station can bring about frustration. Relationship problems too do cause it — when trust break or communication is not clear, frustration will enter.

However, to overcome this frustration as a solution to it, a person will be needing needs patience and sense. First of all, you will just have to calm down at that particular moment. Then If you were really angry, try to take a small break, breathe in and out slowly then drink water.
Secondly, try to see the problem from another angle. Sometimes frustration will be showing you that you need to change that your plan or learn a new skill. For example, if there's no job, instead of you to be angry, you learn handwork or start a small business.
Thirdly, talk to people which you trust. Sharing your problem can lighten the load. We can share it with strong community like — family, church, or friends — they can give us advice or support.
Lastly, always remember that frustration won't last forever. Storm will pass, and a better day will come.
