One movie with an unforgetable twist is The Prestige (2006) .It tells the story of two telented magicians Robert Angier and Alfred Borden.Thy begin as partners but after a tragic acident they becom biter rivals. Both are determined to creat the greatest magec trick ever performd and their rivalry slowly takes over their lives.

While watching the movie I kept trying to gues the secret behind Bordens famous trick.I thought I had figured it out several times but every guess turned out to be wrong. The suspens kept building,and I never knew what would happen next.

The bigest twist cam near the end when it was revealed that Alfred Borden was actually an identical twin. The two brothers had shared one idenity for years sacrificeng ther own lives to protect their secrat.Sudenly,all the confuseng moments from erlier in the movie made perfect sense.

Anothar shocking twist was Robert Angiers final ilusion.Instead of using ordnary magic he used a machine that creted a perfact copy of himself.Every performanc came with a hertbreking sacrifice that I never expected.This changed the movie from a simple story about magic into a powerful story about obsession, ambition and the pric of succes.
The ending completely changd the way I understod the entire film.It is one of the most unforgetable plot twist I have ever sen.

How did the twist change the story?

The twist chenged the entire meaning of the story.At first I thought the movie was only about two magicians competing to become the best.After the truth was revealed I realized it was actualy about sacrific obsesion and the personal cost of chasing perfection.

Every confusing scene from earlier in the movie suddenly becam clear.I admired how carefuly the story had ben writen becaus the clues were there from the begining but they were hidden so cleverly that I never noticd them during my first watch.

What was your reaction to the twist?

I was completly shocked by the ending.I had sevral theories whil watching the movie but non of them wer correct. The final reveal surprised me and made me appreciate the story even more.

After the movie ended I spent a few minuts thinking about everything that had hapened.I even wanted to watc it again becaus I knew I had mised many important clues.Very few movies leav such a strong impresion on me and that is why The Prestige remains one of my favorit suspens films.

My Thoughts

In my opinion The Prestige is one of the greatest suspens movies ever made.It is not just entertining but also thought provoking.The film teachs us that obsesion can push people to sacrifice everything including ther happiness and relationships.

What impressed me the most was how every smal detail had a purpose.The ending was shocking but it also felt logical because the clues had ben hidden throughout the story.I would highly recomend this movie to anyone who enjoys inteligent thrilers with unexpected twists.It is a film that stays in your mind long after the credits roll.
