How are you all? Hope that by the grace of God, you are all very well and healthy. Time seems to be flying by as we enter the fifth week of the Movie Magic competition. Just as last week's topics were wonderful, this week's topic is very close to my heart. But unfortunately, I could not participate last week. However, I am trying this week. Writing about the love that exists beyond romance, the stories of family, friends and sacrifice, I feel a different kind of love working in my heart today.

Usually, in movies, we see more love stories between heroes and heroines. But the most real relationships in life often remain quietly hidden. Feelings like the sacrifice of parents or selfless friendship are rarely seen on screen, yet these are the most valuable in human life.

After watching this, I suddenly remembered a movie. Even today, when I remember some scenes from the movie, my mind becomes heavy. Every time I watch it, a different feeling works inside. The name of the movie is Miracle in Cell No. 7. Today, I will share some of the feelings that came to my mind after watching this movie.

The main story of this movie revolves around a father named Lee Young-gu, who is a little mentally ill, but his heart is as pure as a child's. His only relative was his little daughter Ye-sung. Young-gu has to go to prison for false theft and murder in a huge accident based on the girl's small desire to buy a bag. This extraordinary movie is about what happens in cell number 7 of that prison.

What kind of love was the strongest in this movie?

I saw a combination of several types of love in this movie, but the strongest one for me was the 'selfless love of a father and daughter'. Lee Young-gu did not know why he came to prison or what his crime was, but his every breath was full of thoughts about his daughter. The little girl also felt the lack of her father every moment. When the time came for Young-gu's execution, it was impossible to control herself after watching that scene. A father sacrificing his life for the future of his child—what could be a stronger love than that?

In addition, a unique form of 'humanity and friendship' emerges here. The other prisoners in cell number 7 of the prison, who were actually professional criminals, also changed after seeing Young-gu's simplicity. They risked their lives to bring Young-gu's daughter inside the prison. This deep affection and compassion that developed between a group of strangers, who are not related by blood, surprised me. So for me, the eternal bond between father and daughter and the love of friendship developed in times of danger were the strongest here.

Do you think the love shown in this movie is realistic in the present day? And why?

Many may say that such love is difficult to find in this selfish world today. But I personally think that this love is still realistic today. Maybe some scenes in the movie are presented dramatically, but the emotion behind them is absolutely genuine. Even today, many fathers around us work day and night to hide their own hardships and bring a smile to their children's faces. The glory of giving or sacrificing one's life for a child is in the heart of every parent.

And if we talk about friendship, there are still many friends or strangers in our society who stand by them in extreme danger. Maybe it is not possible to bring a child inside the jail in reality, but taking risks for someone or showing compassion for someone still happens today. As human beings, our inner love and compassion have not died at all. Especially among those who live a very simple life, this mutual love is very much seen. So I believe that the main spirit of this movie is still alive among us.

What did this movie teach you about love?

The movie "Miracle in cell no. 7" gave me a new perspective on love. It taught me that:

• First, love does not depend on physical beauty or intelligence. Even though Lee Yong-gu was mentally backward, the depth of his love was greater than the ocean. That is, love is the language of the mind.

• Second, sacrifice is the true identity of love. When you love someone from your heart, you will not hesitate to sacrifice even your own great interests for their good. Love is fulfilled only through sacrifice.

• Third, you should look at the heart of a person before judging. Even those who are criminals or insignificant in the eyes of society can have a huge world of love inside them. I learned from the characters of the prisoners in this movie that anyone can be made to feel loved with a little bit of affection.

The last scene of the movie teaches us that even though people are mortal, their love lives on immortally. The truth may be suppressed many times, but in the end, love triumphs.

Finally, I will just say this: Miracle in Cell No. 7 is not just a movie; it is a very emotional story of life. For those who like to watch movies with different feelings apart from love stories, this can be a really special movie. This movie will sometimes make you laugh, sometimes make you sad, and at some moments, it will also teach you to think anew about the true meaning of love. And yes, it is good to keep a tissue next to you while watching the movie, because in many scenes it becomes really difficult to hold back tears.
