Warm greetings to all of you. I hope you are all doing well. Today I want to share a few simple thoughts about “Integrity”. In my opinion integrity is about being real and honest with yourself and others. It’s not something you show off, it’s something that shows in your actions, especially when no one is watching. Sometimes it’s hard to stay truthful, but that is what actually builds trust. A person with integrity doesn’t just talk good, they try to do good as well. In a world where people easily change their words, staying true to what you believe in really matters. That is what makes a person reliable and genuine. Lastly I would like to thank @sahmie sir for bringing a meaningful topic for all of us to think about..

Being true to ourself means accepting ourself as we are. Do not change our thoughts or feelings to please others. Understand what the heart says and decide accordingly. For example, if everyone is saying something different but your heart won't listen, then listening to your heart is actually being true to yourself. It's not easy, but it gives real peace.

Well guys we known promise is not just a talk. It is trust. When you make a promise to someone and keep it, the other person starts to believe in you. But if the promise is broken, the heart is also broken and the trust is also lost. Like if you tell a friend that I'm with you, and don't support them in difficult times, it hurts them inside. So it is very important to fulfill the promise.

Being honest means telling the truth, and being good means caring about others. Sometimes the truth is bitter, so people think not to tell the truth so as not to offend anyone. But the main thing is to speak the truth and speak gently. For example, if a friend is wrong, instead of scolding him, explaining with love that is actually honesty and goodness.

It is indeed a difficult situation, because the heart goes both ways friendship on one side and truth on the other. Man wants to support his friend, to save him from trouble, but at the same time he realizes that it is not right to lie. I think true friendship is not that we support our friend in his mistakes, but that we show him the right way. If I tell a lie, he might get away with it now, but he won't realize his mistake and may repeat the same mistakes in the future. Instead I will support him, listen to him, and encourage him to face the truth. Because more important than temporary protection is that people learn from the truth and become better. This is true friendship. It keeps us on the right path. Even in difficult times.
