How to Make A Delicious Cuisine Of Rice And Fried Eggs
Happy warm Monday steemians and good food lovers 🥰.
And I hope we enjoyed the weekend alongside our loved 🥰 ones which is why I'm bringing to you this exquisite and delicious cuisine lunch of rice 🍚 with spicy 🌶 gravy sauce and egg 🍳 as a side protein.
Rice is a staple food 🥘 all around the world 🌎, and a food we can enjoy in different recipes with or without much condiments or ingredients, yet providing satisfaction, which is why many of us can not do without having this grain food in our pantry.
This exquisite and delicious cuisine recipe am sharing with you is what I craved yesterday afternoon for lunch, because despite having some beef stew 🍲 I made for the family as a Sunday treat, I decided to make and enjoy something different. A chopped gravy sauce of cherry tomatoes, fresh pepper and onions with some spice to taste.
Below I show you the simple process to enjoying this exquisite delicious lunch 🧆.
INGREDIENTS:
400 g of per boiled rice (Four (4) Servings)
A bowl of tomatoes sauce
3 cherry tomatoes
1/4 of large red onions
1 large fresh pepper
1 medium size egg
1/4 teaspoon curry
1/4 teaspoon of thyme
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cube of seasoning
EXTRA INGREDIENTS:
10 ml of vegetable oil to
be measured out.
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
First, we take the rice into a larger bowl for washing.
Then, into the pot to per boil, adding enough water.
Step 2.
Once the first water boils, we add water to it and sieve it out, reducing starch.
We add a fresh water and set it back on the cooker to cook tenderly.
Step 3.
Once it cooks properly, we sieve into a basket to drain
Then on the cooker to dry properly readily.
Step 4.
We slice and chop the tomatoes, onions and fresh pepper
Step 5.
Next, we break the egg, adding little spices to it above.
And fry with little heated up vegetable oil.
Step 6.
We fry the gravy sauce with pinch of spices too for light taste.
Add some tomatoes sauce from the bowl of sauce and pinch of seasoning under low heat. Then we set it down and serve.
You don’t need to prepare this lunch with lots of condiments, but with just basic everyday kitchen ingredients, this meal will be delivered to the table.
And the best way to enjoy this meal more, is with gravy sauce and spices, as rice comes out good with spices. The fried eggs is a replacement for protein if you want to stay away from chicken 🍗 or beef 🥩 that kids mostly need at all times. Taste Delicious 🤤.
