How did the movie define success?

The movie titled; King of Boys presents success as power, influence, and legacy but questions whether these truly bring fulfilment to us. Eniola Salami is the main character who is known as a wealthy and powerful politician, whose life is filled with betrayal, fear, and isolation despite her money.

The movie redefines success as having peace of mind, integrity, and genuine relationships, rather than just dominance or wealth accumulation.

Which character had a life you admired most?

Despite how wealthy, and ambitious Eniola Salami is in the movie her life is dangerous and chaotic. In the movie, a more admirable lifestyle could be seen in the character who would have chosen simplicity, loyalty, or moral restraint rather than power at all costs.

I might personally admire individuals who avoided corruption and tried to maintain dignity even if they didn't win an election which in the traditional sense represents inner strength and self-control.

What lesson about success did you take away?

The lesson about success that I learned and took away is that success that is without values can become destructive.

• Having money and fame don't guarantee happiness

• Power can come with fear and loneliness

• True success only lies in balancing that is living a life of purpose, meaningful connections, and integrity.
