Good day it's another privilege to post on the steemit community. Today I went to clear the farm land for cultivation... it wasn't an easy task but since it's the weekend and I also like crop cultivation...The farm has to be clear thoroughly first. So I woke up... said my morning prayers, had my breakfast and got ready to depart to the farm....first I had to make sure that my blade was well sharpened.

So I got to the farm and the bushes were much...well I never panic because I have got the strength of an elephant and the speed of a cheater. So I started clearing the bushes.

I've cleared the whole portion of land successfully and I drank 10 litres of water that I took along with me because of course the work was a breath-taking one but I was enough to finish it... I've cleared and cut down the branches of the woods and scrape their leaves and spread them to the ground for them to dry so that I can set them on fire to create space for the cultivation...... And I'm planning on cultivating cassava and corn because this is their season. Well as we all know they said there's no food for a lazy man.

After the clearing and harvesting of the firewood from the farm land I decided to walk home because there were no taxis to take home...on my way the rain started drizzling and it later fell heavy. yet still I got home safe and sound but I was so tired so I decided to take pain reliever medicine.

After everything I decided to try myself properly by preparing offada rice and boiled egg and meat...it was so tasty and I made sure that I ate it to my satisfaction...then after eating I decided to take a light nap.

I've set my rope and I've started cutting down the firewood. Since it was still fresh it was heavy but I had to harvest the fire to make space for planting. I've cut them both big and small and arranged into my rope to out...and I carried them out on my head. And the distance was about a few kilometers to the road.

These are the firewood I harvested from the farm and this is the perfect spot to lay them down before taking them home for domestic consumption. For the firewood got to these levels I had to carry them 23 times till there was none left in the farm land. And I've successfully stacked them up in a proper way.

And now the leaves are all dried up and getting ready to set them on fire so that we can till the soil and prepare it for planting. And of course we can't plant like this because the crops won't grow.... The crop needs enough vacancy so that photosynthesis can take place properly. And the woods have to be cut down.
