Warm welcome everyone. I hope life is treating you well. I am glad to join this contest again. I appreciate the opportunity to connect with you all guys. I am happy to share my thoughts with this community.

In the middle of the thick forest. There lived a deer named Rahi. He was neither the fastest runner nor the strongest. Well he had a strange habit. He used to collect sounds.

Every morning when the other animals would go out in search of food. Rahi would quietly wander through the forest. He listen attentively to the various sounds. Sometimes he would stand by the flowing spring. He listen to the faint murmur of the water. Then sometimes he would remember the rustling of the leaves of the trees. Sometimes he would sit near the birds' nests and preserve in his heart the chirping of little children.

The animals of the forest were surprised by this habit.

One day the rabbit asked, "What will you do with these sounds?"

Rahi smiled and said, "Maybe one day they will be needed."

The rabbit laughed and went away.

Time passed and Rahi stuck to his habit. He took every beautiful sound of the forest in his mind.

Then there was severe heat one year. The rains did not fall, the springs dried up, the leaves of the trees withered and the birds stopped singing. Slowly the entire forest was enveloped in silence.

At first the animals did not notice the silence, but after a few days they all began to feel that the splendor of the forest had been lost somewhere.

Squirrels remembered the rustling of leaves.

The birds began to miss their chirping.

If the fox does not hear the sound of running water at night, he gets restless.

One evening all the animals gathered under a big tree. Everyone was worried but no one had any solution.

Then Rahi proceeded slowly.

He said, "I can't bring rain. Well I can remind you of all we've lost."

All the animals looked at him in surprise.

Rahi closed her eyes and started repeating one by one all the sounds she had collected over the years. Sometimes he would make a sound like running water, sometimes chirping of birds, sometimes the rustling of leaves and sometimes the low hum of thundering clouds in the distance.

The animals listened in silence.

Then gradually everyone started supporting him. The woodpecker pecked at the tree, the owl made its characteristic call, and the rabbit patted the ground.

In no time the whole forest filled with a beautiful music.

It did not rain that night either. But hope returned to the hearts of the animals. They realized. hat a forest is not just a name for trees and water. It is a collection of all the sounds that make it come alive.

A few weeks later the clouds came and it rained heavily. The dry springs began to flow again, the birds began to sing and the leaves of the trees danced with the wind.

No one made fun of Rahi's habit after that day. Everyone began to call him the "Guardian of Forgotten Voices", because this deer taught the entire forest that sometimes the most valuable thing is the one we value after we lose it.
