Hello my dear Steemians,
Animals all around us and one or other will leave some impact in our mind and in our memories. When we were children we were visiting Zoo together with our parents. That was my favourite thing to go to Zoo. Of course, when I was a child for me Zoo itself was a huge territory and I felt that it was like a jungle. We usually had a day walk around. I remember when I first time saw Gorilla that left unforgettable impact on my memory.
I remember myself staying there and staring to the Gorilla, one of them were sitting close to the edge of cage and when I came to that place I stopped and looked at Gorilla it also looked at me. It had also brown eyes, they were looking like human eye. While this eye contact I had a feeling that there is a human being who maybe was dressed into the costume of Gorilla and maybe just playing a trick with me. The Zoo workers had some fruits there that visitors could buy and then to feed Gorillas. You can imagine that I wanted to do that and my father had to buy banana.
I remember that I stretched my hand with banana to Gorilla and it had taken my banana just looking into my eyes too. As a child I thought that this is now my friend. After spending time over there and chatting to the Gorilla I then had to leave. My father told me that we have to go and the Gorilla was looking like it could understand that. It was in my opinion he also was sad and while I was leaving it looked behind us until we wend around the corner. I then asked my father if he will remember me when I come next time. My father told that of course, it will remember and I hope that it has a good memory.
